When you are diffusing ProRoma fragrance oil in a ProRoma brand HVAC diffuser, you can expect to go through anywhere from 100-500ml of oil in 1 Month if you run your diffuser for 8 hours every day of the month. Because this diffuser has more power in order to effectively distribute oil through an HVAC system - it will naturally go through a bit more oil than our smaller devices. However, this can vary greatly depending on how many hours the diffuser runs each day, as well as the dispersion level that the diffuser is set to. For instance, running the diffuser at a level "2" will make your oil last much longer than running at a level "5."
The ProRoma HVAC diffuser can be integrated into an HVAC system, or it can also be used "freestanding." This means you are welcome to place it on a shelf, on top of an armoire, hide it on top of your kitchen cupboards... wherever you'd like to put it! It can also be wall mounted - so if you plan to put the diffuser in a public space, you can use provided screws to mount it to a wall and ensure it won't be moved.
You are welcome to use your ProRoma diffuser with other oils - however, we cannot guarantee that the diffuser will run properly or last as long if you use oils other than ones that ProRoma offers - or if you are using a carrier like water when diffusing your oils.

However, other factors can impact how your diffused aroma travels - like your airflow, whether or not the diffuser is integrated into your HVAC system or how high you place your diffuser in a room! This diffuser doesn't have to be integrated into an HVAC system. It can function as a free standing device - or be mounted to a wall to ensure it isn't moved.
